Do you want to learn more about how you can support YOUTH and ADULTS in your community?

We are excited to announce that YOU can join Extension staff in Youth OR Adult Mental Health First Aid Training with various dates offered through a grant from The Wisconsin Rural Opioid and Stimulant Engagement Project.

We know there is a Mental Health crisis for young people.  And we know you YOU are in spaces working directly to support young people.  We thank you for all you do to support young people as volunteers!!!

If you want to learn more…… Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. 

Training Details and Registration Links Below:

  • Class size is limited.
  • Training has two REQUIRED parts:
    • Complete a 2-hour, self-paced online class first, and then
    • Participate in a 6 hour Instructor-led Zoom Meeting
  • Sessions will fill quickly – register early.
  • Provided by Division of Extension Health and Well-Being Institute
