Ozaukee County 4-H Key Award Application
The Wisconsin 4-H Key Award recognizes 4-H youth who have shown long-term commitment to 4-H, demonstrated leadership growth, and contributed positively to their club, county, and community.
- Must be in 9th grade or older
- Must have completed at least three years of 4-H club membership
- Must have completed at least one year in a youth leadership role
- Must complete the full Key Award application process
Application requirements for Key Award: Cover letter, Resume, Letter of Recommendation, Essay Response, and Interview
Application Deadline: January 30, 2026
