Pattie Carroll, Area Extension Director
We are happy to announce the hiring of Pattie Carroll as the Area 14 Extension Director, beginning in March 1st. Pattie brings a wealth of Extension experience and leadership, supporting colleagues, and partnering with community organizations to address community needs.
Welcome Pattie! A few words from Pattie:
I’m truly honored to step into the role of Area 14 AED, and I want to share a bit about the path that brings me here. My roots in this region run deep—I’ve lived and raised my children in Washington County. My husband built his small business here in Dodge County, and I have family in Ozaukee County. I began my Extension career in Washington County as a Nutrition Educator, continued my education to earn a master’s degree in family development, and since 2011 have served as the Human Development & Relationships Educator in Dodge County. Throughout these years, I’ve built trusted partnerships with county leaders and colleagues, and I’ve taken on leadership roles such as serving as Vice Chair of my academic section and contributing to policy and procedure development for annual review, post‑tenure review, and promotion. I’ve also had the opportunity to collaborate across counties and present at inter‑county gatherings and professional leadership development programs, experiences that have strengthened my commitment to teamwork and shared success. As I begin this new chapter, please know that I’m deeply invested in the people and communities of Area 14, and I’m excited to support your work, listen well, and help us move forward together.
